Easy, Healthy Summer Recipe Using Ingredients from Amazon

This post is sponsored by Amazon, however all thoughts and opinions are my own.

Summer’s approaching and I’m always searching for quick, simple & healthy recipes that can feed my family, which includes 3 very picky kids. Thanks to Amazon’s wide selection of summer grocery offerings and fresh produce from Amazon Fresh, I’m able to try different healthy recipes and have all the ingredients delivered to my door.

While looking through Amazon Fresh’s recipe section, I came across a Fresh Corn & Tomato Salad that I wanted to try.

With a click of a button, I was able to add all the ingredients to my Amazon Fresh cart for checkout.  The main ingredients were simple and included corn, tomato, mozzarella cheese, scallion, basil & vinegar.

Another thing that I love about this process is the fact that SNAP EBT cardholders can shop Amazon Fresh without a membership in most metropolitan regions. You can get anything from fresh produce to pantry staple items for any recipe.

To make this Fresh Corn & Tomato salad I didn’t even need to turn the stove on. I just cut the corn, tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and mixed everything together.

The recipe took about 30 minutes to put together. The end result was super quick & tasty.
